When Best was doing my usual bug spraying I mentioned to my technician that I kept smelling a mildew smell in my house and asked if he knew anyone to fix it he told me Best did. They sent out Tyler Jones he spent 3 hours inspecting my house from top to bottom and found a lot of issues. I had Best install a clean space under my home with a dehumidifier plus we put aspen air machines in my house and I could tell a difference immediately.

When I called Best because I was expecting a typical pushy sales appointment like most companies because I kept hearing noises in the walls of my home at night time. The office sent out Regional Staff member Tyler Jones came and he did a whole home inspection found out that I had rats inside of my home. He was extremely pleasant to deal with not pushy at all and explained everything very thoroughly throughout the 3.5 hour inspection. We did a whole attic remediation and Best installed their attic insulation called Comfort Shield in the attic space, sealed up the entry holes.

I highly recommend the whole home attic remediation done by Best when they installed there insulation called Comfort Shield it has made a huge difference in my power bill plus it has a lifetime warranty! Ask for Regional Inspector Tyler Jones he was amazing with the process start to finish!

First off, let me say that we couldn’t have done this without the help of Tyler Jones. He explained everything in grave detail, answered every single question and made this decision very easy and very comfortable. During our inspection, he discovered a mold issue in our attic. The technician called me ahead and arrived on time and took the amount of time he told me it would take to treat for mosquitoes and wasps. He was very thorough, also polite and friendly.
