We have used Best Home and Property for the last 12 years for both pest control (termites) and Clean Space. We could not have been happier. The personnel who always served us were so courteous, professional, and thus trusted. We always felt comfortable to welcome them in or around or "under our home." They always showed up on the times that they scheduled and were responsive always to our special requests.

I use Best Home and Property Services for my quarterly pest control service. When I bought the house, I had a serious spider problem outside with many black widows and other spiders in all the bushes. They came and took care of that issue and have been providing excellent service for more than a year now. Justin came to do the inside pest control treatment and was very helpful and informative. I recommend this service for anyone who wants to know their home is well protected.

I have used Best Home and Property since 2003. The did my original Clean Space encapsulation on my house. I have used them to do the annual maintenance on the dehumidifier and liner check. They have always been responsive to my needs. I even moved my pest control to them. Over the years, I have thought about getting someone closer to me as I live in Summerville, SC and they are out of Myrtle Beach. However, because they continue to be responsive to my needs and have always had someone here if I needed them, I have stayed with them all these years.
