When I called Best because I was expecting a typical pushy sales appointment like most companies because I kept hearing noises in the walls of my home at night time. The office sent out Regional Staff member Tyler Jones came and he did a whole home inspection found out that I had rats inside of my home. He was extremely pleasant to deal with not pushy at all and explained everything very thoroughly throughout the 3.5 hour inspection. We did a whole attic remediation and Best installed their attic insulation called Comfort Shield in the attic space, sealed up the entry holes.

We have used Best Home and Property since day one (8 yrs!) and obviously COMPLETELY satisfied. Everyone is friendly and courtesy and helpful in every way. Kevin usually comes to our home, so pleasant and you never feel rushed. Definitely recommend Best to anyone in the area. Thank you!! 175605

We had Janie and her trainer (Justin) come to our home to do an inside and outside pest abatement. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the process and what needed to be done. We have had extremely excellent service and these two technicians made the process a pleasant experience. Best is very fortunate and blessed two have these two individuals working for them, and I would HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone.
