When I called Best because I was expecting a typical pushy sales appointment like most companies because I kept hearing noises in the walls of my home at night time. The office sent out Regional Staff member Tyler Jones came and he did a whole home inspection found out that I had rats inside of my home. He was extremely pleasant to deal with not pushy at all and explained everything very thoroughly throughout the 3.5 hour inspection. We did a whole attic remediation and Best installed their attic insulation called Comfort Shield in the attic space, sealed up the entry holes.

We have been using this service since 2005. They always arrive when promised. The technicians are all very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them.
