When I called Best because I was expecting a typical pushy sales appointment like most companies because I kept hearing noises in the walls of my home at night time. The office sent out Regional Staff member Tyler Jones came and he did a whole home inspection found out that I had rats inside of my home. He was extremely pleasant to deal with not pushy at all and explained everything very thoroughly throughout the 3.5 hour inspection. We did a whole attic remediation and Best installed their attic insulation called Comfort Shield in the attic space, sealed up the entry holes.

The company and Dan get 5 stars. I had to let Dan into the home through the garage that I had to open from another location. He did an awesome job! He even waited until I closed the garage before leaving. Thank you Dan!

Very knowledgeable and professional. Only lawn company I have ever worked with that takes a sample of the lawn and sends to a college to be analyzed before treating the lawn. I use Best Home and Property Services for my quarterly pest control service. When I bought the house, I had a serious spider problem outside with many black widows and other spiders in all the bushes. They came and took care of that issue and have been providing excellent service for more than a year now. Justin came to do the inside pest control treatment and was very helpful and informative. I recommend this service for anyone who wants to know their home is well protected.
