Pest Home & Property Services have been an exceptional and professional company providing both pest control and landscaping services for my home. My problem is earwigs. They begin to emerge around June and continue until November of every year. To date there is no true killing technique or chemical treatment for the termination of these bugs. I get thousands of bugs each year. Best Home, comes out every month or as often as I need them regardless of extra cost to them to help irradiate this problem.

We use Best for a variety of pest control options. They have been extremely easy to coordinate services, prompt, and very effective. This great service has stayed consistent throughout the 5 years we’ve used them. Highly recommended!

My technician at Best was performing my bug treatment and during his visit he looked under my house and he mentioned I might have a mold issue. They sent out Tyler Jones the Regional Gentleman that handles this issue, he spent 2 hours inspecting my home and found I had a serious moisture issue with bad floor joist . After a long conversation with Tyler we agreed to have them install a clean space under my home with a dehumidifier and install there Smart Jack system under my Home to save the crawl space !

Gene was prompt and efficient in his inspection of our encapsulated crawl space . He has consistently provided excellent service through the years to ensure our crawl space and sump pump and de-humidifier are working properly. I highly recommend him for a reward.

When I called Best because I was expecting a typical pushy sales appointment like most companies because I kept hearing noises in the walls of my home at night time. The office sent out Regional Staff member Tyler Jones came and he did a whole home inspection found out that I had rats inside of my home. He was extremely pleasant to deal with not pushy at all and explained everything very thoroughly throughout the 3.5 hour inspection. We did a whole attic remediation and Best installed their attic insulation called Comfort Shield in the attic space, sealed up the entry holes.

Brian Holladay at Best Pest Control is awesome. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain our options and what the process would look like for Termite Treatment/Prevention. He has kept in communication with me throughout the process and has been very helpful. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing reliable and professional pest control services!
