It was easy to make an appointment by phone and the receptionist explained everything in detail, answering every question. I got a 6 month service . The technician called me ahead and arrived on time and took the amount of time he told me it would take to treat for mosquitoes and wasps. He was very thorough, also polite and friendly. Before he left he checked in with me and answered my questions. I would recommend this service.

The service technician, Nick, is extremely courteous and efficient. I’ve had Best for many years and never have problems with insects. And I never have inside treated because I believe if they do the outside properly, insects should not be able to get inside! I asked Nick to give the garage area a little extra attention as I occasionally see some insects in that area. He cheerfully obliged. Very satisfied with Best service!

I have used Best Home and Property since 2003. The did my original Clean Space encapsulation on my house. I have used them to do the annual maintenance on the dehumidifier and liner check. They have always been responsive to my needs. I even moved my pest control to them. Over the years, I have thought about getting someone closer to me as I live in Summerville, SC and they are out of Myrtle Beach. However, because they continue to be responsive to my needs and have always had someone here if I needed them, I have stayed with them all these years.
