Pest Home & Property Services have been an exceptional and professional company providing both pest control and landscaping services for my home. My problem is earwigs. They begin to emerge around June and continue until November of every year. To date there is no true killing technique or chemical treatment for the termination of these bugs. I get thousands of bugs each year. Best Home, comes out every month or as often as I need them regardless of extra cost to them to help irradiate this problem.

Jimmy is great, lawn looks great, no weeds, no insects.

I found Best to be professional, timely in the entire encapsulation, and value for the cost. I had one small issue which was more of a communication issue, which got resolved, and one costly item that was part of the contract they showed me it was not necessary to do which saved me hundreds. I would recommend them for any future encapsulation projects.

Best provided mosquito spraying for ~ 6 months. They also come every 3 months to treat the house inside and outside. We also required flea treatment from Best and I believe that it was successful.

They listen and answers any questions we may have. Very helpful and friendly staff. Just used for the first time as we moved here in Myrtle Beach. I seen them in the neighborhood doing other homes and I stopped to talk to the person and he said he could give me a quote for my property that day before he leaves the neighborhood.
