Pest Home & Property Services have been an exceptional and professional company providing both pest control and landscaping services for my home. My problem is earwigs. They begin to emerge around June and continue until November of every year. To date there is no true killing technique or chemical treatment for the termination of these bugs. I get thousands of bugs each year. Best Home, comes out every month or as often as I need them regardless of extra cost to them to help irradiate this problem.

The service technicians are very professional, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions.

This is truly the best company around. Justin our tech is absolutely amazing. He is friendly, detailed, and professional. Justin is helpful and knowledgeable. He doesn't just come and do his job, he is like a friend who visits! Also when the owner will reach out personally and talk to you it makes your loyalty stick. We chose Best Pest when we first moved to Myrtle Beach and Justin Ward has been are tech since moving here. Justin and Best goes above and beyond. He is good at what he does! We've had issues with palmetto bugs specifically and since with Justin doing treatments they are gone! They also take care of our termite control yearly. Aside from the amazing job he does, he is friendly, very personable, and listens to any concerns! He's all around a great guy, and keeps the bugs away!

Efficient, friendly techs and reasonably priced. In the two years we have owned our home we have relied on Best to bring a sense of peace and security to our home from outside invaders. Timely reminders have made scheduling easy and pay at time of service convenient. Having two dogs techs have worked with us minimizing exposure to them inside and outside the home. A bit tedious is that they are “salesman orientated” and any questions outside of your normal visit is quickly referred to having a salesman show up at your door.
