We have used Best Home and Property for the last 12 years for both pest control (termites) and Clean Space. We could not have been happier. The personnel who always served us were so courteous, professional, and thus trusted. We always felt comfortable to welcome them in or around or "under our home." They always showed up on the times that they scheduled and were responsive always to our special requests.

I’ve recently had a bait system installed. The technicians are always courteous and professional. Respond quickly to calls and take the time to explain the services the provide.

Our technician, Rob, is an expert. He always asks about what pest problems we are experiencing and will treat accordingly. He provided our mosquito services all year and went the extra mile to ensure that our entire property was protected and we could enjoy the outdoors all year long. Any time he notices something in the yard, he will let us know, but is never pushy about adding services. He completed our termite services many times and always leaves everything looking nice and orderly. When we had trouble with mice, he came back to ensure that the problem was resolved.

Best Home and Property Service are easy to work with and do an amazing job. We have them contracted for our restaurant and have had no issues since hiring them. The office staff (Savannah) keeps me informed of their appointments and we have never had any complaints! Keep up the good work!!

I have been working with Best Home for several years for termite inspection with excellent service. The technicians inspect the bait traps and rebate as necessary. They leave any associated paper work describing what was done.

I have now contracted with Best Home for general pest spraying. Matthew Rote came to my home and clearly explained all aspects of the pest control contract. He was able to schedule the service two days later.

What a great service and service technician! We signed up for the summer mosquito spray service. Immediately after the first treatment our mosquitos were gone! Great technician…friendly and efficient!
