I'm very satisfied with this company. I have had a problem with rats and they have been very responsive to my needs. I called at 8am this week to report a live rat in one of their traps under my sink. Someone was here at 9am. He killed the rat and removed it from my home. I'm very thankful and relieved at their quick response.
