This is our first year using Best Home & Property Services for our termite, pest, mosquito and turf services. We are beyond pleased! They call to schedule the appointments, they are very accommodating with times offered, the technicians are professional, on-time and pleasant to deal with. The services have proven to be worth the investment. We will most certainly be renewing our contracts with all services for next year.

I have only ever used one pest control company, and they were never able to help my pest control problem like Best has!

My technician was Kevin S. He called to say he was a little ahead of schedule and asked if he could arrive a little earlier than scheduled. Upon arrival he introduced himself and fully explained the work to be done. He was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was very pleased. I also liked the sales representative, Allen M. He, also, was professional and knowledgeable and his presentation was not high-pressured.

Scheduling is so easy and the techs are knowledgeable and always show up on time and do a great job!!

Had bugs, they come every 3 months. Now We got no bugs. Good deal right.

These guys do a great job every time they come. They do our quarterly pest control and terminate bait stations too. Thank you Merle and the the rest of the team.

Definitely recommend to everyone the attic remediation I had done by Best when they installed the insulation called Comfort Shield it has made a huge difference in the overall comfort in my home and the lifetime warranty makes a huge bonus! Ask for Regional member Tyler Jones he was very hands on and easy to work during the entire process!
