I am pleased with the monthly services that Best Home & Property Services provides. This company has been servicing my property for almost two years and I highly recommend them. I feel their rates are fair, they are always on time, professional and polite.

During our annual inspection, Tyler Jones discovered in our attic that due to poor construction our attic space was not ventilating properly and it was causing excessive air duct sweating and mold growth in our attic space. We had Best remediate the entire attic space fixing everything and installing there attic insulation called Comfort Shield and the crew that did the work was phenomenal. Tyler came back after the work and showed us every thing they did! I cant even start to explain how happy we are with Tyler and Best. Call Tyler if you need anything! Would give 10 stars if possible!

Great company to work with. They are very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the different types of treatments they offer.

Called Best after some bait traps were missed on our service. They took care of it promptly and sent a tech ( Gene )out and he took care of the mishap- great service. We have a yearly contract- well wort it.
