This is truly the best company around. Justin our tech is absolutely amazing. He is friendly, detailed, and professional. Justin is helpful and knowledgeable. He doesn't just come and do his job, he is like a friend who visits! Also when the owner will reach out personally and talk to you it makes your loyalty stick. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Great customer service. Has always done my house for extermination. And honestly can say. I have never had a complaint about their business. I would recommend them to anybody.

Even with snow all was accomplished including an explanation of the chemicals being applied.

They listen and answers any questions we may have. Very helpful and friendly staff. Just used for the first time as we moved here in Myrtle Beach. I seen them in the neighborhood doing other homes and I stopped to talk to the person and he said he could give me a quote for my property that day before he leaves the neighborhood. So happy we selected Best for our pest control needs, our family has been a Best customer for over 10 years. We chose to sign up for the monthly treatment with seasonal upgrade treatments to help with mosquitoes and some grass killing pests. I can honestly say that we enjoy the prompt service, the easy to use app helps us identify the types of pest issues we have had and the best treatment for these issues.

Definitely recommend to everyone the attic remediation I had done by Best when they installed the insulation called Comfort Shield it has made a huge difference in the overall comfort in my home and the lifetime warranty makes a huge bonus! Ask for Regional member Tyler Jones he was very hands on and easy to work during the entire process!

I’ve been using Best Exterminating for years, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Rob has been servicing my home the entire time, and he is truly the best. He’s always professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain everything he’s doing and makes sure all of my concerns are addressed before he leaves.

We are completing our first year of using Best for our turf management. Our experience with Best has been excellent. Our lawn looks outstanding. Our tech Jimmy “Cracked Corn” is very knowledgeable as well as personable. I’ve had many conversations with him about the material he uses and how it he applies it to keep our lawn green and weed free. He cares for my lawn like it’s his own.

Jimmy has also given me advice on keeping our palm trees and other plants healthy and green as well. It’s much appreciated.
