We have been using the "best" in the area - Best Home & Property Services for many years. They are very professional, trustworthy and extremely reliable. The pricing is reasonable. I called with some questions and they sent a technician out the next day. He did a thorough inspection and explained everything in an understandable manner. I highly recommend the whole home attic remediation done by Best when they installed there insulation called Comfort Shield it has made a huge difference in my power bill plus it has a lifetime warranty! Ask for Regional Inspector Tyler Jones he was amazing with the process start to finish!

We first met the company at the Myrtle Beach Hone Show back in the spring and were impressed by the friendly professional demeanor of the reps there. We set up the monthly mosquito service and also quarterly pest control inside . The company is diligent about calling to let us know when our services are due and the service team are always prompt and courteous. Rob has been here several times and just this week came out to exterminate a colony of wasps in the crawl space. He definitely provides WOW service!

I called Best because I kept hearing noises in the attic space. Tyler Jones came out and did a whole home inspection found out that I had rats inside of my attic. We did a whole attic remediation. They put their insulation called Comfort Shield in the attic space and sealed up all the holes. I haven’t heard any noises since then And I’m very satisfied with the service that I got. I definitely recommend Best and I definitely recommend Tyler Jones due to him answering all of my wife’s crazy questions. Thank you for everything

Gene always does a great job. He announces himself upon arrival and explains what he is going to do and he gets started. He does both inspections, termite and Clean Space. When he finishes, he briefs me on what he found and what he did to correct anything, if something was found. He is courteous, polite, and always punctional. He has been the technician since I had the extermination and Clean Space installed. I'm totally satisfied with his work.
