Best Home & Property Services is GROWING, and we are looking for an EXPERIENCED Contractor Nation Basement Systems products in-home sales professional to RUN self-generated and company-provided leads every week and CLOSE sales in the basement waterproofing and foundation repair field. We provide qualified, high quality leads (customers contact us for appointments) from people who need help with moisture control in their crawl space. We've been a Basement Systems dealer for 24+ years serving the coastal region of South Carolina.

THIS IS A REAL OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE $75,000+ PER YEAR.

The ideal candidate will have EXPERIENCE selling Contractor Nations Basement Systems products/services and in-home sales experience. You MUST have verifiable and STABLE sales experience. Knowledge or experience from the residential real estate, home inspection, or home improvement industries is also helpful. Construction experience and knowledge is a definite plus. You must also be comfortable with a 100% commission based income. Our current customer database self generates leads which have higher commission opportunities.

We're looking for a team member that enjoys working for a family-run company, has strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills. You must be detail oriented, focused, and a team player. Most importantly, you MUST have strong ethics and high integrity and be committed to ALWAYS putting the customer first. Our 'Best' team is committed to giving 'WOW Service' to our customers.

After training completion, you have the ability to take a company vehicle home, fuel allowance, paid vacation, sick leave, bereavement and your birthday. You will be expected to attend weekly sales/company meetings to stay abreast with leading industry updates and practices.
