It started with Brad and his great professionalism & salesmanship having sold me in having Best Homes to perform the encapsulation. I didn’t feel pressured but felt like at the recommendation from Brad it was something I needed to move forward with.

Luis & Carlos the two workers were very polite, respectful & courteous. From the pictures it shows what a great job that was done and 100% of an improvement.

Jerry did a great job putting up the vent covers adding an a nice touch to the outside of the house.

Our technition showed up on time, was fast efficient and courteous, the ultimate professional who made me feel like a highly valued customer!

My technician at Best was performing my bug treatment and during his visit he looked under my house and he mentioned I might have a mold issue. They sent out Tyler Jones the Regional Gentleman that handles this issue, he spent 2 hours inspecting my home and found I had a serious moisture issue with bad floor joist . After a long conversation with Tyler we agreed to have them install a clean space under my home with a dehumidifier and install there Smart Jack system under my Home to save the crawl space !

Always very thorough and attentive to our needs. The technicians are great. Bob usually handles our account. He is great. Always willing to answer questions and explain what’s going on. Explains what he’s doing clearly and doesn’t talk down. Great company. Great service. Great results. You can’t own a home down here without a reliable pest company. I have always had nothing but good experiences with Best.

We have been using Best for the last two years. When we first moved into our house, we an issue with Palmetto bugs. Best service techs quickly got the situation under control and I have not seen one in the house since then. We keep up with the maintenance and even developed a good rapport with our technician. Unfortunately, he recently left the company and Best sent a different member of their team over for our last service call. Kenny B. was fantastic! Very friendly and professional. I felt comfortable with him in our home and my dog loved him.

They take pride in making sure the job is performed to their high standards. The follow up was first class.
