I found Best to be professional, timely in the entire encapsulation, and value for the cost. I had one small issue which was more of a communication issue, which got resolved, and one costly item that was part of the contract they showed me it was not necessary to do which saved me hundreds. Really nice guy came over and inspected my house and termite traps. This was for my termite bond. He's very knowledgeable and let me know everything that he was doing and took the time to explain things to me. I'm very satisfied with the services from Best Pest Control.

Gene always does a great job. He announces himself upon arrival and explains what he is going to do and he gets started. He does both inspections, termite and Clean Space. When he finishes, he briefs me on what he found and what he did to correct anything, if something was found. He is courteous, polite, and always punctional. He has been the technician since I had the extermination and Clean Space installed. I'm totally satisfied with his work.
