I have used Best Home and Property since 2003. The did my original Clean Space encapsulation on my house. I have used them to do the annual maintenance on the dehumidifier and liner check. They have always been responsive to my needs. I even moved my pest control to them. Over the years, I have thought about getting someone closer to me as I live in Summerville, SC and they are out of Myrtle Beach. However, because they continue to be responsive to my needs and have always had someone here if I needed them, I have stayed with them all these years.

When I called Best because I was expecting a typical pushy sales appointment like most companies because I kept hearing noises in the walls of my home at night time. The office sent out Regional Staff member Tyler Jones came and he did a whole home inspection found out that I had rats inside of my home. He was extremely pleasant to deal with not pushy at all and explained everything very thoroughly throughout the 3.5 hour inspection. We did a whole attic remediation and Best installed their attic insulation called Comfort Shield in the attic space, sealed up the entry holes.

professionalism. Another area for thought was that we have 2 small dogs, chihuahuas, and this representative was so considerate that he placed a bucket at the back doggie door so our little one could not interfere with sprays and service. I wish I could remember name, but he was very nice and hopefully he will return again. Of course, all representatives from best home and property have been very appreciated and welcomed.
