We have been customers for almost 2 years with quarterly service. They have been great to deal with. We are on 1 acre surrounded by woods and corn fields so bug and pest service is definitely a priority for us. Recently, I saw a mouse run across the living room so I called. They sent someone out but after a few days of nothing in the traps, I called back. They sent out a supervisor (Scott) who took the time to walk the property and identified a small spot in the garage they likely got in. We sealed the area and he set out some new traps.

First off, let me say that we couldn’t have done this without the help of Tyler Jones. He explained everything in grave detail, answered every single question and made this decision very easy and very comfortable. During our inspection, he discovered a mold issue in our attic. We had Best come in and do a full remediation of the attic space they installed comfort shield insulation, and the comfort shield barrier to the attic ceiling and it has made such a major difference in our home. The technicians who work at BEST are truly professional. They always ring the front doorbell, explain the service they will be doing. Upon completion let me know the service performed and their findings. They write a written report and give it to me or leave it in the front door.
