We had Janie and her trainer (Justin) come to our home to do an inside and outside pest abatement. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the process and what needed to be done. We have had extremely excellent service and these two technicians made the process a pleasant experience. Best is very fortunate and blessed two have these two individuals working for them, and I would HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone.

I have used Best Home and Property since 2003. The did my original Clean Space encapsulation on my house. I have used them to do the annual maintenance on the dehumidifier and liner check. They have always been responsive to my needs. I even moved my pest control to them. Over the years, I have thought about getting someone closer to me as I live in Summerville, SC and they are out of Myrtle Beach. However, because they continue to be responsive to my needs and have always had someone here if I needed them, I have stayed with them all these years.

Hired Best to encapsulate our crawl space and put in a dehumidifier. Carl was very informative in his estimate and Brianna made the scheduling a snap. The team of Zach, Zamir and Derrick were on time, thorough, personable and did a great job. Jerry added the finishing touch with two new doors. We could not be more pleased with the experience and with everyone with whom we interacted at Best.

Brian came to give me a free estimate for my house and lawn. I was given a fair price. He explained everything in detail about each service plus a price for everything. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I got the year plan. Dan came today and sprayed, took care of everything. Again prompt service & friendly. They wore booties over their shoes to come in the house. Very respectful. I would definitely recommend them if you have any bug problems. Thank you so much for your service. Happy customer.

So far we have been very pleased with our service. It seems our rodent has disappeared. At least we se no evidence of it being around. Very courteous employees!
