This company does an excellent and thorough job with pest control. They listen to everything that you’re concerned about. our latest service person was Alan and he treated us with kindness and respect. His visit was about us and what we had going on and nothing about him. He spoke in a positive manner about his own company, and seems to enjoy his job.

First off, let me say that we couldn’t have done this without the help of Tyler Jones. He explained everything in grave detail, answered every single question and made this decision very easy and very comfortable. During our inspection, he discovered a mold issue in our attic. We had Best come in and do a full remediation of the attic space they installed comfort shield insulation, and the comfort shield barrier to the attic ceiling and it has made such a major difference in our home. I like Best Property for Pest control. Very accommodating & professional. So I tried them for lawn service/weed control. Came out 1x & I was not home but they left invoice in the door or I world not have known they were here. I

liked that they closed the gate so the dog couldn’t get out. Small thing but very important.

Comfort Shield dropped my bill by 20%, it has gotten rid of the roaches from my attic and the Heat Shield has made my garage and back porch much more comfortable!
