I have used Best Home and Property since 2003. The did my original Clean Space encapsulation on my house. I have used them to do the annual maintenance on the dehumidifier and liner check. They have always been responsive to my needs. I even moved my pest control to them. Over the years, I have thought about getting someone closer to me as I live in Summerville, SC and they are out of Myrtle Beach. However, because they continue to be responsive to my needs and have always had someone here if I needed them, I have stayed with them all these years.

We’ve used Best Home & Property for pest & termite control for a number of years. Recently we added lawn care to the services they provide. They’re the fourth lawn care service we’ve used over the last 15 years & they are hands down the best we’ve had. They are thorough & very knowledgeable as well as always professional. They took a soil sample & provided us with the results and developed a plan for future visits. We’ve finally found our forever lawn care service provider.
