During our yearly termite inspection Tyler Jones found some issues in our attic space and we can’t be more happy he did! After further investigation we ended getting all the old nasty insulation removed and installing Comfort Shield and it’s crazy the difference our power bill has been since then! Efficient, friendly techs and reasonably priced. In the two years we have owned our home we have relied on Best to bring a sense of peace and security to our home from outside invaders. Timely reminders have made scheduling easy and pay at time of service convenient. Having two dogs techs have worked with us minimizing exposure to them inside and outside the home. A bit tedious is that they are “salesman orientated” and any questions outside of your normal visit is quickly referred to having a salesman show up at your door.

First off, let me say that we couldn’t have done this without the help of Tyler Jones. He explained everything in grave detail, answered every single question and made this decision very easy and very comfortable. During our inspection, he discovered a mold issue in our attic. We had Best come in and do a full remediation of the attic space they installed comfort shield insulation, and the comfort shield barrier to the attic ceiling and it has made such a major difference in our home.
